The Location

This outstanding villa in Emilia Romagna is located on the hills of Cesena, just a 20 minutes’ drive from the Adriatic Sea, including famous coastal towns as Cesenatico, Gatteo a Mare and Bellaria. Other popular beach restorts like Rimini, Riccione, Cervia and Milano Marittima, can be reached in a 30 minutes’ drive.

The closest town with all services is 200 meters as the crow flies, which makes it very convenient if you decide to live here permanently, so you can have all you need daily at your fingertips. Of course, the proximity of a village with restaurants and bars makes this villa very attractive also for tourists, who can enjoy a full day by the pool and then reach the closest restaurant on foot.

The closest big town is Cesena, which is less than 6 kms away from the house and where you can find amazing Teatro Verdi, cinemas, shopping malls, hospital, university and much more.
