We are a boutique real estate agency based in Italy, working exclusively with foreign buyers and trusted property owners. Our role goes beyond finding a house: we guide our clients through every step of the process, from the first contact to well after the purchase is completed.
Italian Luxury Asset was born from a shared vision. A background in sales, marketing, and foreign languages came together with architectural expertise, design sensibility, and deep local knowledge.
Over the years, we have learnt that purchasing a home in Italy is not simply a transaction: it is often an emotional decision, frequently taken from afar, and it requires trust, transparency, and reliable guidance.
For this reason, every property we present is carefully selected and pre-analysed from an urban, legal, and structural point of view, allowing our clients to move forward without unpleasant surprises.

Finally, we will organise a professional photo shoot and produce video material, including drone footage where possible.
