The Main Building

The main building measures totally 432 sq.m. and it is divided into 3 independent apartments, to give guests all the privacy they need. Each apartment enjoy an open-plan kitchen / living room, 2 spacious bedrooms and a bathroom.

The apartment on the top floor, features a lovely panoramic terrace, where you can relax and enjoy the view of the green valleys.

The Annexes

The Location

The property is located in a very private location outside Gualdo. Yet, the town is not far away and can be reached with a 5 minutes drive.

Gualdo is a tiny medieval village in the province of Macerata – Marche – where life flows quiet and slow. Its location makes it easy to reach other interesting town such as San Ginesio (also known as the “Balcony of the Sibillini”), Sarnano where you can find nice restaurants and where events are organized almost all year around and all the lovely towns of the Sibillini Mountains National Park.

Reaching the Sibillini and its wonderful hiking routes from here is very easy and fast, as well as going to the local ski resorts in Bolognola.
