Alcune agenzie immobiliari ti fanno credere che vendere un bell’immobile sia semplice e veloce, che per così dire “si venderà da solo”. La verità è che per quanto la tua casa sia bella e curata, c’è bisogno di professionalità, competenza e grandissimo impegno per farlo. Tutto questo, unito ad una inconsueta umanità e gentilezza è quello che abbiamo trovato in Italian Luxury Asset. Siamo estremamente grati a Sandra ed Alberto per averci aiutato e guidato in questo percorso, doloroso in parte perché ci allontanava da una casa e un progetto voluto ed amato profondamente, ma che ci ha portato ad una splendida famiglia che se ne è subito innamorata e che siamo sicuri ne avrà grande cura.

We viewed two properties with Sandra after several trips to Italy in search of a second home. The first house didn’t quite meet our requirements (although lovely); the second was to become our new Italian home. The house felt right from the moment we walked in and it seemed to choose us as much as we chose it. Alessandro, the owner, made us feel very welcome and even let us stay in the house on our next visit (he even had food in the fridge and the fire lit for us on arrival – so thoughtful). Sandra and Alberto have been amazing throughout the purchase of the house and beyond. Because we don’t speak Italian (yet!), Sandra has dealt with everything on our behalf from sorting a bank account to insurance for the house, arranging the delivery of gas, meetings with the architects, etc, etc – even a vet’s appointment for our dog! The list goes on… Even whilst heavily pregnant and shortly after Naima’s birth, she continued to keep in touch via email and carried on organising everything on our behalf. We cannot fault the way she has dealt with things for us and Alberto has been brilliant too, giving us advice from an architect’s point of view and generally being a nice guy! We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Italian Luxury Asset to anyone wishing to realise their dream of owning a house in Italy. Our thanks also go to Alessandro and Silvia for all their help over the past few months. The house is in safe hands and I’m sure we will love it as much as you did.

I’m not sure if I will be able to describe all the esteem I have for two professionals like Sandra&Alberto… Any adjective would be diminutive for these two guys, who have made my strong desire to sell my camping come true, after 4 very long years of attempts with no results (relying on other people alas!) An ordeal made of illusions and waste of time …. Finally, one day we happen to know of this amazing real estate agency, which we contacted immediately and since then, within only 1 week they found me the person who has become the new owner 💪💪💪. Extreme sincerity, coherence, humility and absolute availability at any time of the day and even in the evening, as well as responsiveness in giving information and handling papers distinguish Sandra & Alberto … last but not least the sensitivity they add and that at one point made me consider them my “psychologists” 😅 given the emotional importance of the property and the difficulties related to it …. Today, 5 days after the deed of sale, I can scream out my satisfaction and happiness for having achieved 2 goals: the fulfilment of the sale and, above all, the happiness of now having two “great REAL friends” ❤️ Agencies have passed by but none like them!
