300 square meters of original bricks, wood beams and terracotta tiles, interspersed with beautiful and large windows, which will allow you to fully enjoy the magnificent views of the Marche. All surrounded by a large flat park with olive trees.
The house develops on a total area of about 300 sq.m. on 2 floors and it is currently divided into 2 independent apartments both with independent entrance, but cleverly connected also internally, in case you wish to bring it back to one single home.
The first apartment is located on the ground floor and it features an open-plan kitchen/living room with big fireplace, a spacious bedroom and a bathroom. The heating system for this floor is with fan coils.
The second apartment develops on the first floor and enjoys an open-plan kitchen/living room with fireplace, a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 2 additional bedrooms and a bathroom. On this floor there’s an underfloor heating.
The house was demolished and rebuilt from scratches reusing the original materials; this allowed to create a ventilated flooring and an insulated roof. This way the air is salubrious, with no damp or mould, and the internal temperature is always nice.
The property enjoys an annex currently used as a storage. It is extremely useful to store all your gardening tools, a trattorino or the wood for the fireplaces.
By the way, depending on your family needs, it could be converted into a garage or a space dedicated to the pool, as a changing room, showers, etc.
The house is surrounded by a 5.800 sq.m. garden with 20 olive trees and several fruit trees, that blossom with an explosion of colours in the Spring and gives you sweet, juicy fruits in the summer.
At the moment there is no pool but there is already a project to build one.
The house is located in an extremely convenient area. Private and secluded, far from peeping eyes, yet close to the main, paved road leading to the first town with services.
The medieval village of Treia is beautiful and quiet, with a lovely main square, from where narrow alleys develops and where you can “get lost”, admiring what our ancestors built centuries ago. During summer, Treia turns into a lively village, rich of events: the most important and famous is probably “La Disfida del Bracciale”. This historical re-enactment is inspired by a XIX century tradition: The town districts, each representing a social class (nobility, bourgeoisie, peasants, gypsies) challenge each other to a game similar to tennis but with a bracelet on the wrist of players, used to stop the ball. Historic parades take place during the event.
